I would like to thank all the staff at Lopez, I have truly never seen so much unconditional love come from not only teachers but administration, custodians, and everyone involved in the school. When I decided to transfer my Senior year I didn't know what to expect but I could not be happier with the time I spent at this school. Although everyone has been amazing, I'd love to specify a few.

I have to begin with Ms. Nancy, who I feel is one of the sweetest women I'll ever have the pleasure of meeting. She'll always offer any help she can provide, and then some. Thank you Brie, and all the Adult Ed ladies for holding a special place for me to see Wanda. Mrs. Davis is incredible, and if you struggle with math, or anything else for that matter, she can help. I'd like to thank both Greenelsh brothers for helping push me to complete Capstone in time to graduate. I want to thank Mr. Ender for making Gov. so fun and for being such an awesome guy. Finally I want to thank Mrs. Whitney, my lovely Cosmetology teacher, for opening me up to the world of Cosmetology as well as becoming a huge mentor for me in the field of work I plan to pursue.

My ultimate inspiration comes from my best friend, the dazzling woman from whom I received my name and my life's blood, Jeanine Woodman. My mother never gave me any idea that I couldn't do whatever I wanted to do or be whomever I wanted to be. She filled our house with love and fun and books and music. As she guided me through these incredible eighteen years, I don't know if she ever realized that the person I most wanted to be was her.

I remember when I first got in to Lopez and it was already distance learning which really sucked. So of course when the opportunity arose to go back to school in form of the learning POD I was all for it. I was pretty distanced over the first week but once everyone came together things got a lot more comfortable. I'll never forget anybody from that group of amazing people.

I would like to thank my sister for everything she has done for me. Throughout my childhood she was always the one to be right there making sure I was taken care of. If not for my sister I firmly believe that I would either be in the system or some place other than school. I have been pushed, and pushed, and pushed, but in the end it was all worth it because I can see what a big difference it has made and I appreciate my sister for that.

I've been through a lot throughout the 17 years of my life and I'm not saying that you haven't, I'm just saying that for those of you who have had it fairly easy, be grateful and give thanks to all. Although you may have your ups and downs with family and friends, remember that they are there for you just as you should be for them. Other than that, just finish school....You'll never know how much it means to you until it's out of your grasp.
