Elks Oceano/Five Cities Elks recognized several of our students as students of the month throughout the year. Also Reina Howell was selected for the Oceano/Five Cities Elks scholarship and Michaela Hicks (not pictured) was selected for the Ladies of the Oceano/Five Cities Elks scholarship.
